u.n.o has staged a resolution against ceylon killings.  tamilnadu chiefminister has written a letter to the prime minister.  whether the center will vote for that. let us wait...

the u.n.o has produced a resolution against ceylon killings.  our tamilnadu chief minister has already written a letter to vote for it.  but the center is silent.  let us wait for it....
